A renewed Purpose in 2021

It will be an exciting and challenging 2021 as we all will work hard with our renewed mission of ˜Empowering Lives, Transforming our future towards our vision of A Community of Future,€“ ready Learners who lead, serve and achieve €™, underpinned by our values. Resilience our anchor, integrity the foundation, Synergy in diversity and excellence our goal€™ . Together, the vision, mission and values represent our collective passion, dreams and aspirations and guide us in how we work with our parents, community and patron to realize the full potential of our students.

We have charted a Five-Year Roadmap supported by the Four strategic thrusts:

1. Staff the Key: Developing a dynamic and professional staff by enhancing their professional competency     and developing leaders at all levels.
2. Learning our Focus: Providing a connected and forward –looking revised curriculum based on live     demonstrations and supplemented by updated assignments and abstracts.
3. Students our Future: Nurturing morally upright and socially responsible students through a number of    newly introduced activity like Students Quality Circle in academics, 5S ( Seri, seiton , seiso , seiketsu   and shituske), SPIC MACAY and Extra Motivational Tutorial     classes for both low performers and     bright students.
4. Partners our support: Nurturing synergistic partnerships with parents, alumni and the community to     broaden learning experiences of students.

At JPS, Noida , the child is firmly at the heart of our work. We seek to develop the child holistically by providing students with meaningful and connected learning experiences. These experiences inculcate in them important values, competencies and skills that allow them to do well in 21st century. With a focus on “Connecting to Learn, Collaborating to Achieve�. We will certainly make significant progress and enhancement in our approach, programmes and school out comes. The prime objective of JPS Noida is to focus on discovering, developing and drawing out the hidden potential and the magic lying dormant inside all of its students. From academics to co-curricular activities, perseverance and a never-say-die attitude are entrenched in the heart of every student not only making them good students but brilliant human beings. We feel very contended after bearing in mind the progress the School has made by imbibing in its students value based education synergized with modern teaching-learning technology to produce a generation of well informed and emotionally sound learners during these years. And I ensure all the parents that in times to come we will continue this journey with all elevated enthusiasm and with determination provide a platform of holistic learning to the young generation of learners. The very competent team of teachers at JPS Noida strive hard to concentrate on each and every child, monitor and mentor them, appreciate their achievement and encourage them to overcome their shortcomings.

In closing, I feel quite privileged to serve this school which is one of the best unit of emerging Educational brand of country i.e. Jagran Educational Foundation. I will try my best to make coming years a success for the students as well as for the community. I would like to end with the words of Albert Einstein, who once said, Imagination is more important than knowledge€�. For while knowledge defines all we currently know and understand, imagination points to all we might yet discover and create.
